Rick Pedersen knows that using locally grown and
packaged cucumbers, garlic, horseradish, onions and peppers,
in an all natural state, provide more nutrition and a fuller taste. We grow an organic pickle and use no preservatives.
Our pickles are hand made and hand packaged in small batches
to produce a true "old world" pickle.

Our
pickles are fermented using naturally occurring
lactobacillus bacteria, similar to that used in
other probiotic foods. This results in a natural cloudy
brine at the bottom of the jar.
Try
them as spears, chips or whole. Available in 5 gallon pails
and 32 ounce jars.
