Pedersen farms offers the highest quality vegetables throughout the growing season to wholesalers, farm markets, grocery stores and processors throughout New York and the Northeast. We now have over 400 acres of certified organic grain and vegetables and are members of Finger Lakes Organics (FLO), supplying restaurants and grocery stores in New York City and upstate New York, and the New York State Vegetable Growers Association. We supply tomatoes and cauliflower to Red Tomato and asparagus and cauliflower to Wegmans.

We also grow 15 varieties of hops. Now micro-breweries in the Northeastern United States are obtaining a fresh, locally grown ingredient from us. Follow the Hops link above to find out more.
