New
in 2008: We’ve
begun pickling our
own vegetables to make our unique and healthy pickles
using Pedersen
Farms pickling cucumbers, asparagus, tomatoes and cauliflower.
We also now have almost 400 acres of certified
organic grain
and vegetables, and are
a member of Finger
Lakes Organics (FLO) supplying restaurants,
and grocery stores in New York City and upstate New York.
We
also grow 15 varieties of hops. Now micro-breweries
in
the Northeastern United States can obtain a locally grown
